A RESOLUTION PRIORITIZING <br />REPLACEMENT OF BRIDGE STRUCTURES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation existing under the laws <br />of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Legislature has provided funds for assistance in the <br />rehabilitation or reconstruction of deficient bridges; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has analyzed the deflcient bridges needing <br />replacement on City streets; and <br />WHEREAS, it is apparent that there is insufficient funding at the local level for <br />completion of these bridge replacement projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Cit> Council does <br />hereby request fiiumcial assistance in the replacement of the following bridge.
