Section 10.22, Subd. 2 and Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (L)(l): Hardcover within 75’: No <br />hardcover or impervious surface shall be placed, located or constructed within 75 feet of <br />the Ordinary High Water Level of any lake or tributary'. <br />2. Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (J)(2): Grading/filling of more than 10 cubic yards within <br />75’: Grading, filling or excavating of more than 10 cubic yards is prohibited within 75’ of <br />the Ordinary High Water Level of public waters. <br />3.
