The shed at the easterly shoreline within the 0-75 ’ setback zone must be removed. <br />2. Applicant is advised to apply for a variance to dctcnninc the extent of parking area that <br />may remain in the 0-75 ’ setback zone between the road and the easterly shoreline. <br />3. Applicant is advised to apply for a variance to determine whether the deck in the <br />westerly 0-75' zone may remain. <br />4. Public Services Director will review the sidcwalk/stcps near the garage to determine <br />whether their encroachment within the right-of-way of Fagemess Point Road is a <br />problem. <br />5.
