The shed at the easterly shoreline within the 0-75' setback zone must be removed. <br />2.Applicant is advised to apply for a variance to determine the extent of parking area that <br />may remain in the 0-75' setback zone between the road and the easterly shoreline. <br />3.Applicant is advised to apply for a variance to determine whether the deck in the <br />westerly 0-75' zone may remain. <br />4. Public Serx'ices Director will review the sidewalk/steps near the garage to determine <br />whether their encroachment within the right-of-way of Fagemess Point Road is a <br />problem. <br />5.It appears that the issue of the location of the lot line between the Manley and Eklof <br />accretions will be resolved outside the pur\iew of the City Council. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as; <br />Planning Commission - Wednesday, January 22, 2002; meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission or Council minutes, they are <br />available from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Plarming Commission or <br />Council.
