The boundary between Ort»no's Urban and Rural Areas b <br />fivcd. Orono’s Urban Area will not be stricti) defined by the <br />Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) boundary or <br />future expansions ofthe MUSA boundary but w ill be fixed by <br />this and the other elements of the Community Management <br />Plan.
