Exterior IXsign Sl'idio, were present. <br />Curtis stated the applicant is requesting a lake setback variance to allow a gazebo within 150 feet of <br />the ordifury high water level on a natural environment lake and a hardcover variance within the 0-75* <br />setback zone in order lo construct the gazebo and paved walkways. The property consists of 2 2 acres <br />and IS located within the RR-IB district. <br />rurtiv Slated the proposed hardcover in the 0-75 setback zone is 11.7 pacent where 7.7 percent <br />currently exists. In June 2004 the applicant was granted lake setback and 0-75’ hardcover variances in <br />order lo cu.istruct decks oxer existing patio hardcover resulting in a slight reduction in hardcover <br />w iihin the 0-75’ /one. The applicant has advised sialTthat ihc cuircni request was intended to ie part <br />of the previous varance application but the City did not receive any of the information regarding this <br />pnruon of ihc proposal. <br />TT.e applicarn is also requesting a lake setback variance to allow a gazebo setback of 22 feet where a <br />150 feet structure setback is required and 45 feet currently exist.
