Department of the Club is now requesting a variance to allow an addition to <br />be constructed to the existing maintenance building that cumently exists on the north side <br />of the Luce Line Trail. A variance was approved in 1988 to allow the existing building to <br />be oversized (over 1,000 square feci). That variance application and the building permit <br />indicated the building would be setback 55 ’ from the Luce Lxe Trail. The survey <br />submined for the proposed addition shows the building at a 45 ’ setback from the Luce <br />Line Trail. Therefore, tlte building was not constructed in its approved location in 1988- <br />1989
