live cniCTiainment nor intoxicating liquor sales arc permitted in class I <br />restaurants. <br />(4) Restaurant (class 11). i.c., a fast food, convenience. dri\e*in. or liquor store <br />restaurant, which is a restaurant where a majority of customers order and <br />are ser\ cd their food to be consumed .it a counter in packages prepared to <br />leave the premises; or a drive-in where most customers consume their <br />food in an automobile regardless of how it is serv ed, or restaurants which <br />serve intoxicating liquor or have live cntertaiiunent. <br />(5) OfT-strcct parking when the principal site of the off-street parking abuts on <br />a lot which is another B or I distnet and is in the same ownership as the <br />land in the B or I district and subject to those conditions as set forth in <br />article X. division 5. of this chapter and such other conditions as found <br />necessarv' by the council. <br />(6) Public serv ice structures, including but not limited to electric transmission <br />lines and buildings, such as telephone exchange stations, booster or <br />pressure stations, elevated tanks. liR stations and electric power <br />substations. Accessory uses. <br />Within any B-l retail s.iles business district, the following uses shall be permitted <br />accessory uses: <br />(1) Private garages, off-street parking and loading spaces, as regulated in this <br />chapter. <br />(2) Signs, as regulated in this chapter. <br />(3) Buildings temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises <br />for a period not to exceed time necessary to complete the construction. <br />(4) Decorative landscape features. <br />(5) Fences, as regulated in this chapter.
