Conditkmal uses. <br />Within the B-1 retail salc.s business district, no structure or land shall be used for <br />one of the following uses without a conditional u'c permit: <br />(1) Garages for the &cr\ icing and repair of automobiles, prov ided repair <br />functions are totally eiKlosed in a building. <br />(2) Motor fuel stations subject to the provisiors set forth in section 78-1373. <br />(3) Restaurant (class I), in which food is served to customers while seated at <br />counter or table, or caieteria. in w hich food is selected by a customer <br />while going through a line and taken to a table for consumption.
