One Family Rural Residential District (2 acre minimum) <br />6.76 acres (294.479 s.f.) <br />Application Summary: Applicant requests a conditional use permit to allow plumbing to <br />be installed, consisting of a bathroom with tub. shower and sink, within an existing <br />detached garage. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the plans as submitted. <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Sec. 78-418. Conditional uses.
