Tlie applicant was instructed to work with staff to complete a parking <br />analysis of the entire site to determine the antount of parking needed to accomnodate the <br />entire building. The plan should locate upper and lower parking lot loading areas, <br />specific signage and lighting locations, and establishment of a 10' green space yard along <br />Shoreline Drive and Kelly Avenue. The applicant shall also work with staff to develop a <br />landscape plan dealing with the retaining wall area separating the upper and lower <br />parking lot areas and the staircase.
