Does Planning Cocnmission conclude that the Comp Plan Amendment is appropriate as presented, <br />with the proposed change to allow phmanly retail uses? If not, what aspects of it are <br />inappropriate? What if anything, might be changed to make it acceptable? <br />2. Regarding the proposed rezoning to B6-PUD, are there any specific inclusions or exclusions <br />Planning Commisssion would choose to apply in terms of allowable uses? Applicants have <br />requested that allowable uses include those allowed in the B6 district plus retail uses allowed in B-1 <br />(See Exhibit G). <br />3. Regarding the site plan review, please identify any concerns regarding each of the followingtopics: <br />1. Site layout and orientation <br />2. Traffic circulation <br />3. Pedestrian circulation <br />4. Building design, materials, colors, etc <br />5. Site signage, building signage <br />6. Lighting <br />7. Landscaping <br />8. Site amenities <br />9. Any other issues of importaiK e <br />Options for Action <br />Given that staffhas not had sufficient time to thoroughly review the fine details of the most recent plan <br />versions, staff would preferthat the PlanningCommission spend substantial time on the site plan review to <br />identify any issues remaining, reach a conclusion on the Ct»np Plan Amendment and Rezoning issues, and <br />again table to your March meeting for a final site plan review and recommendations. If you wish to act on <br />the Comp Plan amendment to allow it to proceed to City Council and through the Met Council process, <br />that w ould be an option.
