It was the action of the Bomd to <br />approv e this applicathm with the following conditions: <br />• Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of S39.60 <br />• PavmentofRuleJ fees h the amount of S227.SS <br />• Submit a Declaration for maintenance of the skimming structure which must be executed and <br />recorded <br />Due to the size and complexity of cenain projects, the Board, by Rule J. requires that site <br />inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant b required to pay to the District, a foe equal <br />to the actual cosu of analysb of the project, field inspeakn. engineering services, legal services, <br />and any subsequent raoniioringof the work. These costs we referred to as Rule J foes. <br />Once the above memioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met staff wUI <br />bsue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the permit has been <br />biucd. Thbpemut expires one yew from the date of thb letter.
