It was the action of the Board to <br />approve this application with the following conditions: <br />• Reimbunemeni of mailing costs in the amount orS39.60 <br />• Pa>tnem of Rule J fees in the amount of S227.IS <br />• Submit a Declaration for maintenance of the skimming structure which must be executed and <br />Due to the size and complexity ofcertainpn^ects, the Board, by Rule J. requires that site <br />inspcctkms be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a fee equal <br />to the actual costs of atudysb of the project, field inspectiofi. engineering services, legal services, <br />and any subsequem monitoring of the work. These costs are referred to as Rule J fees. <br />Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met suff will <br />issue the petmit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the pemuihm been <br />issued. This permit expires one year from the date of this letter.
