Since that time <br />the applicant has met with staff and redesigned the proposal in an attempt to further <br />reduce hardcover. Additionally, the applicant has proceeded with tree removal in <br />preparation for redeveiupment of the property. The applicant perfomied this work <br />without City approval or pemiits.
