The puqjosc of this was to preserve the <br />wetlands on the property, as shown on the plat drawing in lixhibit I. Also included with <br />this PRD arc reduced setbacks as opposed to the RR - 1A setbacks of 100 ’ front and rear <br />and 50 ’ sides.
