Shoreline Drive Wayzata, MN 55391 952-471-8700Phone: The following documents are required and on File at the City Administrative Offices: • Approval from Orono Police Department • Approval from Orono Building and Zoning Department The following conditions have been placed on this event: • By acceptance of this special event permit, the permit holder, on behalf of any and all organizations and private persons, grants authority to operate under the special event permit, agrees to, indemnify and hold hannless the Cit v of Orono from all claims arising from said event. The permit holder, all organizations and private persons exercising authority under this permit, do waive and release all claims against the City of Orono, its officers or employees for any damage to person or property arising from the exercise of privileges granted by this permit and agrees to hold harmless the City of Orono, its employees and officers from any such claim. • The Orono Police Department and its officers are empowered to revoke this special event permit at any time for any safety concerns that are not immediately resolved by the permit holder or a representative of the permit holder. This revocation shall cause the immediate cancellation of the event originally authorized by this permit. • liquor service is to comply with statutc/ordinance (no service to minors - recommend ID under 35 policy) • gambling is to comply with statute/ordinance • if there is to be any parking on the south side of Shoreline - traffic control persons be retained to assist pedestrians crossing any persons assisting in pedestrian crossing are to wear OSHA approved safety vests contact Hennepin County Public Works about using the parking lot for overflow parking • area is to be cleaned of any event generated debns/signs at end of event Approved at City Council meeting on: September 13, 2004 (City Seal) Ronald J.
