MN 55364 <br />RE: Variance Application #04-3044 <br />Dear Ms. Simon; <br />The Planning Commission reviewed your request for a rear yard setback variance on <br />August 16, 2004. You were notified of the denial recommendation in a letter dated <br />August 17, 2004. During the Plaiming Commission meeting and during a telephone <br />conversation you indicated that you did not wish to appear before the City Council for a <br />final decision regarding your variance. The City requested a withdrawal letter from you <br />at that time. <br />As of today’s date the City has not received a formal withdrawal letter. If your intention <br />is to withdraw your request please sign this letter below and return it to City Hall in the <br />enclosed postage paid envelope. Otherwise, your request will be heard at the September <br />13,2004 City Council meeting.
