Mack, <br />1580 Sixth Avenue North <br />Tliis application was tabled at your Juiy 19"' meeting at the applicant ’s request, 'me <br />applicant wished to increase the size of the berm originally proposed and was unable to <br />do so prior to the meeting on July 19"'. <br />The applicant has since revised the plans and staff has submitted those, plans to the City <br />Engineer for review. As of the date of this memo the City Engineer’s comments have not <br />yet been received. Staff has had conversations with the Engineer regarding the changes <br />in the bemt and has received preliminary approval. Staff will provide the Planning <br />Commission with the City Engineer's comments at Monday’s meeting and those <br />comments should be considered and added to any approvals. <br />Planning Depailmcnt stall is recommending approval of the conditional use pennit for a <br />bemt along Sixtli Avenue North with tlie stipulation that the applicant meet all of the City <br />Engineer’s requirements. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
