BIG ISLAND ACCESS LANE MCWD WETLAND BUFFER <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />Marpby moved. White seconded, to approve the Cooperathe Agreement betiveen the City of <br />Orono and Minnehaha Creek Watershed District for the Big Island access wetland buffer <br />protection. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />♦11. REQUEST FOR HNAL PAYMENT, NAVARRE CRl 9 SIDEWALK <br />PROJECT <br />Murphy moved. White seconded, to approve Request for Final Payment, Navarre CRl9 <br />Sidewalk Project to Schmidt Curb Company Inc., in the net amount of $6,781.47. VOTE: <br />Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br />* 12. WEST METRO DRUG TASK FORCE AGREEMENT AND BUDGET <br />ADJUSTMENTS <br />Murphy moved, White seconded, to approve a multi-agency task force agreement and <br />provide $10,000 to fund start-up costs to Hennepin County for exclusive use of this task force, <br />and budget adjustment, from the forfeiture fund. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />Murphy moved. White seconded, to accept donation of $20,000 electronic equipment from <br />Hennepin County to the Task Force. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />Murphy moved. White seconded, to approve insurance purchase at $300, and budget <br />adjustment from the forfeiture fund. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY’S REPORT <br />Attorney Barrett requested that the meeting be adjourned to an Executive Session to discuss City <br />covenants on the old sewer plant property. <br />*17.
