mm <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />The properties are located within the LR-IA, One Family Lakeshore <br />Residential Zoning District and RR-IB, One Family Rural Residential <br />Zoning District each requiring a minimum of 200 ’ in lot width and 2 acres <br />of contiguous dry buildable land within each newly created lot. <br />The proposed lot line rearrangement encompasses three residential lots <br />containing a total of 4 1.44 acres of land. <br />Upon completion of the lot line rearrangement, 900 Old Long Lake Road <br />will contain 38.2 acres which will continue to meet the minimum lot area <br />requirement of the LR-IA, One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br />District. <br />Upon completion of the lot line rearrangement, 925 Old Long Lake Road <br />will be decreased to 1.375 acres in gross area where 2 acres is required <br />and 129.6 ’ in width where 200 ’ is required in the RR-IB, One Family <br />Rural Residential Zoning District; 925 Old Long Lake Road will remain <br />nonconforming as to area and width. <br />Upon completion of the lot line rearrangement, 965 Old Long Lake Road <br />will be increased from 2.006 acres to 2.033 acres gross area including <br />roadway. Exclusive of the 66 ’ roadway, 965 Old Long Lake Road will <br />remain conforming as to the 200 ’ lot width requirement but will remain <br />nonconforming as to lot area. <br />Because the subdivision is a lot line rearrangement is not creating a new <br />buildable site, no park fees will be due. Additionally, the properties are <br />not subject to Storm Wa>er and Drainage Trunk Fees. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Uiat the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the lot line rearrangement of the above reference properties of <br />the applicants as shown on the certificate of survey by Gronberg & Associates of Long <br />Lake, Minnesota, dated July 9, 2004, as attached in Exhibit “A”, subject to the following <br />conditions and declarations; <br />1.
