other circumstances not foreseen at the time the final plan was approved and filed <br />with the Zoning Administrator. <br />5.Changes in uses: Significant changes in the location, size, or height of the Office <br />structure, and any other changes to the approved final development plan deemed <br />by the Zoning Administrator to be significant may be made only after a public <br />hearing conducted by the Council. Any changes shall be recorded as amendments <br />to the recorded copy of the final development plan. <br />6.If substantial development has not occurred within one year after approval of <br />PUD No. 3A as set forth in the Planned Unit Development No. 3A Agreement, <br />the City Council may declare the approvals granted within this resolution and <br />within said Agreement as null and void. <br />7.The approvals granted in this Resolution shall become effective only when <br />all concitions of approval requiring actions by the Applicants have been satisfied. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orpno this H"* day of June, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
