Approval of floor plan and facade elevations for the Office building per <br />Sheets A2, A3 and A4 by Lampert Architects, dated 2-11-04. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono does hereby grant Commercial Site Plan Approval for Planned Unit Development No. 3A, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />A <br />>• <br />Commercial Site Plan Approval is granted subject to conditions established within <br />the Plaimed Unit Development No. 3A Agreement and other pertinent documents. <br />Upon the final approval and execution of this resolution and the Plaimed Unit <br />Development No. 3A Agreement, the City Council shall formally amend the <br />Orono Zoning Code by adding language establishing Planned Unit Development <br />No. 3A (PUD-3A) to include the Property. <br />Upon approval of this Resolution the City Council shall direct the Mayor and <br />Clerk to execute other documents required by this PUD rezoning, including but <br />not limited to the “Planned Unit Development No. 3A Agreement”. <br />Minor changes in the location, placement and height of structures may be <br />authorized by the Development Review Committee if required by engineering or <br />Page 3 of 6
