Planning Conunission should give careful consideration to each of the <br />points noted above, and provide direction to the applicant as to what further revisions should be made to <br />the plans. <br />Given the lack of certain critical information as noted throughout this memo, this application is not ready <br />to be forwarded to Council. Staff recommends that after providing the applicant with direction. Plarming <br />Conunission should table this application to allow for submittal and review of lacking information, for <br />revisions to the plan as necessary, and to allow adequate time for City Engineer review. Staff will also draft <br />a PUD rezoning ordinance for this site, to be considered at your May meeting.
