ORONO RECONVENED BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING <br />MONDAY, MAY 10,2004 COlINf^H »«FFTT1NG <br />MAY 2 4 2004 <br />ROLL <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />The Orono Reconvened Board of Appeal and Equalization met on the above-mentioned date <br />with the following members present: Mayor Barbara Peterson, Council Members Jim <br />Muq)hy and Lili McMillan. Representing staff was Planning Director Mike Gafhon and <br />Recorder Marci Wallingford. <br />Council Members Bob Sansevere and Jim White were absent. <br />Hennepin County Senior Appraiser Bill Davy and Appraiser Tom Kunik were present. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />2. Mioutes of the Orono Board of Appeal and Equalization of April 21,2004. <br />Murphy moved, and McMillan seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Orono Board <br />of Appeal and Equalization of April 21,2004. <br />Vote: Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />3. Council Action on Assessor’s Recommendations <br />Mayor Peterson thanked the Hennepin County Appraisers for their expert help. <br />Murphy moved, and Mayor Peterson seconded, to accept the assessor’s <br />recommendations. <br />Vote: Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />4.
