The types, uses and numbers of watercraft that the project will <br />generate are compatible in relation to the suitability of public <br />waters to safely accommodate these watercraft. <br />Conditions attached to conditional use permits. The city council upon <br />consideration of the criteria listed in subsection (1) of this section and the <br />purposes of this article, shall attach such conditions to the issuance of the <br />conditional use permits as it deems necessary to fulfill the purposes of this <br />article. Such conditions may include but are not limited to the following; <br />a. Staff agreed to amend the current <br />application to include a conditional use permit for land alterations within 75’ of the lake, <br />on the condition tlie applicants agree to remove the boathouse. Details of that meeting <br />are as follows: <br />The City will locate the sewer line existing at the shore and stake its location. <br />An erosion control fence will be installed by the applicants 5* off the staked <br />location, <br />• Applicants will demolish the boathouse at the time of demolition of the existin® <br />house, ® <br />• Applicant’s will amend their request to include a CUP request for land alteration <br />and will submit a bank rcstoration/protection plan which likely will include <br />retaining walls, <br />• Staff recommends that any hardcover necessary for slope stabilization, such as <br />retainmg walls and a stairway system, will not count against the 25% hardcover <br />allowance for the 75’-250 ’ zone.
