Mr. Maass has some concerns <br />regarding runoff from the development of proposed Lot 3. City Engineer, Tom Kellogg, <br />in reviewing the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan, has visited the Maass <br />property to familiarize himself with the drainage problems within the area. The <br />comments contained in the attached letter have been incorporated into the attached <br />revised Resolution, under #2 of conditions, for preliminary plat approval. The applicants <br />have been mailed a copy of this revised Resolution.
