The Planning Commission also <br />recommended that the City work with the applicant on a suitable plan which gives the <br />City an easement to access the sewer for maintenance purposes and gives the applicant <br />assurance that the existing slope won’t fail as a result of removal of the boathouse. <br />VOTE: 7 FOR 0 AGAINST <br />Applicant’s next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council - Monday, April 26,2004; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission or Council minutes, <br />they are available from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission or Council.
