The <br />studies indicate that 100 stalls may be adequate to serve all the existing and proposed <br />uses on site. However, coupled with a restaurant that serves liquor and a bowling alley <br />that serves liquor there is a chance that with liquor comes increased activity beyond the <br />Cities control, which could mean a greater demand for more parking, however this carmot <br />be quantified. <br />« ^
