Hardcover variance to allow 39.25% hardcover in the 75 ’-250 ’ zone where <br />40.45% currently exists. Hardcover changes in this zone amount to a reduction of <br />approximately 183 s.f. of deck area. <br />2. Average lakeshore setback variance to allow a 4' encroachment for construction <br />of a lake side deck. <br />Table the conditional use permit and hardcover variance request for the 0-75’ zone to allow <br />more detailed information to be submitted to the City Engineer, once weather permits. Two <br />separate resolutions will be drafted and approved separating the 0-75’ and 75 ’-250 ’ zones. <br />VOTE:FOR AGAINST <br />Applicant’s next meeting is tentatively scheduled for: <br />City Council - Monday, March 8,2004; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission or Council minutes, they <br />are available from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission <br />or Council. If you have questions, please call City Planner Janice Gundlach at 952-249- <br />4623. <br />60-Day Review Period Extension. State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on <br />zoning requests within 60 days from the date of application, and that this review period may <br />be extended by notification to the applicant. Your application was received on December 17, <br />2003 and was considered complete on January 8,2004. The 60-day review period would end <br />on March 8, 2004. Because your application was tabled by the Planning Commission at the <br />January meeting and not tq>proved until Febmary 17.2004, the earliest potential d*\te of final <br />Council action falls on the last day of the 60-day review period. Therefore, the 60~day <br />review period is hereby extended an additional 60 days to May 7, 2004. Your application is <br />scheduled to appear before the City Council for final approval on March 8,2004.
