Side setback variance to allow a side setback of 18 ’ at the southeast comer of the <br />home when 30’ is normally required and 18' currently exists. <br />2. Average Lakeshore setback to allow an encroachment of approximately 50’ in <br />order to construct a pitched rood where a flat roof currently exists. <br />3.
