Density of the vegetation on the lot is to be kept such that the visual impact from <br />Wear Circle is minimized. <br />2. No access to Wear Circle for proposed bam. <br />Hardship: Staff finds a hardship exists in that the situation which destroyed the barn was <br />a situation not created by the applicant.___________________________________ <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Sec. 78-1431. Conditional use permit required. <br />All accessory buildings on through lots located in R districts shall require a conditional <br />use permit. <br />Sec. 78-1434.
