Enclosed is a description of the amendment <br />request and following surveys and maps: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Surve ’ Df Woodhill Avenue access as of August. 1998 (three (3) large <br />and fi. ;en (15) small copies); <br />Maintenance Facility Plan, dated September 26. 1988, showing <br />maintenance facility and surrounding road (three (3) large and fifteen (15) <br />small copies); <br />Survey of the north half of Section 2 showing entire Woodhill Country Club <br />area prepared by Hennepin County General Services Department (three <br />(3) large and fifteen (15) small copies); <br />Section map of Woodhill Country Club area with drawing to show <br />approximate location of internal driveways and buildings. <br />The application and supplemental materials have been submitted, although I have not <br />yet received a signed agreement with Cliff Greene concerning the agreed terms on <br />which the trial was postponed. Cliff has. however, made a verbal assurance that the <br />terms are acceptable. The application and supporting materials are submitted subject <br />to the receipt of the signed agreement concerning the postponement of the trial in the <br />lawsuit. <br />Ooc(nil3200M
