(This is Club's request number 5, page 1). <br />C. Use of ihc road for general access if WoodhMl Road access to County <br />Road 15 is temporarily blocked (subject to reasonable notification to the City and affected <br />neighbors), but only during the period of such temporary blockage. (This is Club’s <br />request number 6, page 1). <br />D. Use of the road under the terms of that certain Easement Agreement, dated <br />October 5,1987 between the City, the Club and MSM, which benefits one residential lot <br />if County Road 15 access is blocked. (This is Club’s request number 7. page 1 ). <br />The only request of the Club which must not be approved is number 4 that states: <br />“Woodhill Avenue access shall be a.-ailable for entrance and e.sit by Woodhill members <br />and invited guests between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. during the days that Woodhill is <br />open. <br />The above approved uses would be called “Basic Rights.” a term u.sed by the Club. The <br />City should limit the permit for one year to detennine what problems there were in the prior year <br />and the City should maintain a right to revoke the permit or add conditions, as allowed by <br />Section 10.09. Subd. 6. B. <br />On page 2 of the application, tl.; Club stated the City can delete the follow ing uses from <br />the 1968 conditional use permit. The following uses however, are not pan of the 1968 <br />conditional use permit. In any event the Club can always apply for an amended conditional use <br />permit in the future to include these items the Club agrees should not be pan of any conditional <br />use permit at this time. <br />1 . Conversion of the Woodhill Avenue access into the main entrance for Woohill on <br />a permanent basis. <br />2. Woodhill Avenue as an entrance or exit by delivery, taxi. ser\ ice. or other <br />commercial vehicles. <br />3. Woodhill Avenue as an entrance or exit by the general public. <br />4.
