This <br />approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Upon application for a land alteration permit, final <br />grading plan must be eunended to include the following: <br />A. Type of erosion control. <br />B. Detail on retaining wall. <br />2. Prior to installation of drive. City staff must confirm <br />that elevations conform to final drainage plan approved <br />by City.
