Variance to average lakeshore setback line. <br />2. Variance to allow excavations and structures where no <br />such activities are allowed (Section 10.55, Subd. 8). <br />3.Variance to allow frost depth footing and not a solid <br />support foundation (Section 10.31, SuM.
