§ 10-.52 <br />A. All exterior wall finishes on any building shall <br />be: <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br />Face brick, or <br />Natural stone, or <br />S):ecially designed precast concrete units <br />if the surfaces have been integrally <br />treated with an applied decorative <br />materials or texture, or <br />Factory fabricated and finished metal <br />framed panel construction, if the panel <br />materials be of any of those noted in items <br />a, b and c above, or glass. <br />Other materials as may be approved by the <br />Council. Combinations of such materials <br />shall be permitted. <br />B. All subsequent additions and outbuildings <br />constructed after the erection of an original building or buildings <br />shall be constructed of materials comparable to those used in the <br />original construction and shall be designed in a manner conforming <br />with the original architectural design and general appearance. <br />C. No building or structure of a temporary character, <br />trailer, basement, tent or shack shall be constructed, placed or <br />maintained upon the property except as accessory to and during the <br />construction of permanent buildings. <br />Subd. 7. Requirement of Development Agreement. <br />All development permits authorized within the Highway 12 <br />Corridor Study Area shall be subject to the execution of a <br />development agreement. Said development agreement shall clearly <br />identify the timing of all of the public improvements associated <br />with the development and the developers' financial commitments <br />related to these improvements. The agreement shall also include <br />any and all other conditions of approval deemed necessary to insure <br />compliance with the Special Minimum Requirements for Rezoning the <br />Highway 12 Corridor Study Area, as well as the goals and objectives <br />of'the Highway 12 Corridor Study. <br />ORONO CC 359-2 <br />Ordinance 67, 2nd Series <br />Adopted: 5-0-89 <br />i
