I •■ <br />It was moved by Cohen, seconded by Bellows, to recommend approval <br />of Application #1725 for Davis Fansler of 4180 Bayside Road for a <br />conditional use permit for a non-rentai guest apartment, subject <br />to the apartment never having a separate entrance from the <br />principal residence and that the apartment may never be uused for <br />rental purposes. The proposed addition consists of a garage and <br />a covered patio area.
