Lot 4 <br />does not meet the required 200' width. Per Shoreland <br />Regulations, Page 28, Section 4 (Exhibit P), lakeshore lots do <br />not have to meet the required width to the rear of the front <br />setback line. Based on new <br />regulations, the required lot width is measured in a straight <br />line at the shoreline and at the 100' structural setback. Lot <br />1 does not meet the required 200' width measured in a straight <br />line at the shoreline.
