C <br />The following revisions to the Definition sections of the <br />Zoning (Chapter 10) and Subdivision (Chapter 11) codes are <br />proposed, as a complement to the Shoreland Regulations: <br />Revise the definition of "Building Height" in Section 10.02 as <br />‘follows: <br />mmmm <br />13, "Building Height" - The vertical distance <br />^•roHH-tho ole»*at-i<MV between the highest adjoining ground level <br />at the building or ten feet above the lowest ground level, <br />whichever is lower t-o and the top of the cornice of a FTat <br />roof, to or the deck line of a mansard roof, to-a-point-of-the <br />4>q. or the uppermost point on a round or other arch type <br />roof -f—to-the-me«tn—d-ire>tanee or the average height of the <br />a pitched or hipped roof. Topographichighest gable on of <br />changes which elevate the adjoining ground level above the <br />inexisting terrain shall not be considered determining <br />iiv.;- ■ <br />building height. <br />Revise the definition of "Setback", Subdivision Code Section <br />11.03 as follows: <br />55.
