Other areas with physical <br />characteristics unsuitable for development in their natural state. <br />A A <br />e. The lakeshore setback zone, based on <br />normal required structure setbacks, must be included as open space. <br />For PRDs, the entire lakeshore setback zone must be preserved in <br />its natural or existing state, except for those improvements <br />necessary to provide reasonable pedestrian access to the water body <br />as regulated elsewhere in the zoning code. <br />4.
