Under the revised plan, all six lots would be served by a new private road <br />extending 700* northward from Watertown Road. All lots would be served by private septic <br />systems and wells. The revised plan eliminates the SE building site near Watertown Road, and <br />places all six homesites in the NW quadrant of the property, on lots ranging from 1.35 acres to <br />2.56 acres in dry buildable area, liiis proposal would be reviewed as a Planned Residential <br />Development. <br />NOTE: This application remains incomplete due to lack of septic testing and design reports, <br />as noted to the applicant on August 24, 2005.
