MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, July 18,2005 <br />6:00 o’clock p.m. <br />(#05*3131 Steve Bohl, Continued) <br />Oronberg stated the de 'eloper is pursuing city water Com Long Lake, which would be the better option. <br />Rahn noted a tetter dated July 8,2005, has been received from Jim Dillman indicating he would not be <br />opposed to the development if streetlights are not permitted. <br />Bremer moved, Frltzler seconded, to table Application #05-3131, Steve Bohl of Bohland <br />Development, Inc., 190 WiUow Drive North and 177 Glendale Drive. VOTE: Ayes 7, Nays 0. <br />9.#05-3126 TODD AND MYSTICOURNEYA, 4620 TONKA VIEW LANE, VARIANCE. <br />9:24 P.M. - 9:35 P.M. <br />Todd Coumeya, Applicant, was present <br />tlrce^ll attach^ garage. The application includes a request to extend the existi^ <br />f*"*®/''® ^®®* forward and constructing an additional stall to the north, which requires an <br />additional five-foot encroachment on the 25-foot setbaclc <br />garages. <br />Coumeya had nothing to add to Staffs report. <br />There were no public comments reprding this application. <br />I^hn stated he is in agreement with Staff’s recommendation and that it is difficult to approve the <br />in ^ ^ physically located from the road. <br />gwa^ »5 not functional and that he would have asked for an addihonal five <br />feet at the time the garage was onginally proposed had he realized how the garage would be limited in <br />SpACC.
