ok* <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REPCMtT: Dr. Oicutt welcomed Dr. Patricia Wroten, Orono <br />Middle School Principal, and, Bucky Mieras, Middle School Dean of Students, <br />congratulating them on a |rfienomenal start to the 200S>2006 school year. Dr. Wioten and <br />Mr. Mieras presented an overview of the efforts of the Orono Middle School to address <br />the needs of adolescent learners. The middle school uses a current version of This We <br />Believe (NMSA. 2003). <br />Di. Wroten invited the Board to attend one of the NASA and Honeywell shows being <br />presented on October 26,2005. FMA Live! is a hip hop science education program. It is <br />a program formed to get middle school students more excited about studying math and <br />science and to encourage them to consider careers in engineering and other technical <br />disciplines. <br />STRUCTURAL BALANCE RESOLUTION FOR TEACHERS - lACTlQffl!
