Reduce hardcover within the 75’-250’ zone to 27.2% by reducing the amount of <br />structure, hardcover or a combination thereof, <br />2. Include an 8’ x 8’ turn around apron within the 250’-500’ zone and revise the <br />250’-500* zone hardcover to the minimal necessary to serve a two car garage, and <br />3. Revise the proposed grading plan to meet the City Engineer recommendations <br />listed in the letter dated August 8,2005, attached to the previously mailed packet <br />as Exhibit G. <br />Revised plans meeting the above noted recommendations must be submitted by Friday <br />September 2,2005 by 12:00 NOON to be placed on the September 12,2005 City Council <br />agenda. <br />VOTE:FDR AGAINST 1 ABSTAIN <br />Applicant ’s next meeting is tentatively scheduled for <br />City ConacU - Monday, September 12,2005; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the ofEcial Planning Conunission or Council minutes, <br />they are available from foe City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission or Council.
