No Owner or Occupant shaN obstruct or interfere with the <br />passage of any vehicle over or across the Easement Area. No vehicles shaH be <br />parked In or on the Easement Area fer a continuous period of time greater than <br />twenty^ hours. No vehicular repair or maintenance may be conducted In or <br />on the Easement Area. <br />Any Owner may delegate Ws right of enjoyment to the Easement <br />Area to such Owner's tenants who reside on such Owner's Parcel, to the <br />members of such Owner's femNy and to such Owner’s guests and Invitees. <br />(e) No Owner may exempt himself from the liability fer paying such <br />Owner's Cost Share of Easement Area Costs, as those terms are hereinafter <br />i <br />I
