Dayton, a single person (the "Declarants'*) <br />RECITALS: <br />Declarants are the owners of certain real estate situated in the City of <br />Orono (the "CNy^, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and legally described in Exhibit A <br />hereto CParobi A”). <br />B.
