The property is unique in that its area is quite large due to <br />the length of shoreline (460*), however is very shallow whereby the required street or <br />rear yard setback overlaps with the required 75’ lake setback. At the time the 2004 <br />variances were qjproved, the aj^licant (who was the builder not the current owner) <br />requested to rebuild on the existing footprint, which was approved as no compliant <br />buildable area existed on the property. Tlie property has now been purchased by the <br />q>plicants who wish to remove non>structural ha^cover, being sidewalk and driveway, <br />in an effort to be permitted construction of a shed to store lawn equipment, bikes, etc. <br />While no elevation views of the proposed shed have been submitted, the applicants have <br />indicated the shed will be constructed of materials consisted with the architectural style <br />of the home. <br />LOT ANALYSIS WORKSHEET <br />LotAraa/WMtb
