In order to purchase cars for 2006 at the 2005 bid price the order needs to be <br />placed in 2005. The vendor. Elk River Ford, requires that a Letter of Intent to Purchase be given <br />to them. Elk River Ford is offering new Ford Crown Victoria Police cars for the price of <br />approximately $23,600 per car. This includes an extended powertrain warranty.
