The two people authorized on the <br />Resolution certification to execute the Agreement must be the same ones who sign the <br />Agreement on page 6. <br />After you have obtained the required signatures, please return all five copies of the Agreement <br />and Resolution certification to me for further processing. <br />I will forward a fully executed copy to you upon our staff’s completion of processing the <br />Agreement.
